Sign Calculator

Like all of the other Plan Analyst products, the default menus and Plan Analyst calculator have made the input procedure fast, easy and user friendly.

You simply:
1) Select the number of pole(s) and the number of sign(s).
2) Enter the diameter of the footing(s).

3) Select the wind and soil conditions for the site.

4) Select the shape of each sign, enter it's size and height.

5) Select the material. (wood post, wood pole, steel pipe, steel tube, etc).

6) Select the size of the post/pole.

Plan Analyst will check to see if the post/pole works, calculate the minimum depth of the footing and provide you with a detailed drawing.

You can print then print the drawing or use the editing features to try different options.

It only takes a few minutes to find or verify the post/pole size and the footing size.

There is absolutely no faster or easier way to design or check a sign. No charts, books or calculators required, just this easy to use software package.
